I got into a bad car accident a year ago. I reached out to Grungo Colarulo to seek advice as far as my next steps after the accident. Being as though I wasn’t at fault and in real pain after the accident, Grungo Colarulo assisted me with what to do next. After seeing so many doctors and going to appointments it became overwhelming but these guys were with me every step our the way by reaching out and keeping me updated with the case. In my opinion, I wouldn't contact this law firm because I contacted them based on their website stated it deals with personal injury case type of my kind. However, they claimed not to handle the area of personal injury that involves a landlord's liability. In turn, they referred me to another law firm named Gill & Chamas. The attorney at that firm failed to call me twice. The attorney Mr. Gill had apologized for failing to call as scheduled and claimed he would call over the weekend. Again, he failed to call over the weekend and left a message on my voicemail Monday as if he never had apologized to me on Friday for failing to call me on our scheduled appointment. After I leave a message on Mr. Gill's voicemail requesting him to call on Tuesday, I receive an email from Ms. Muldoon stating that the attorney (Mr. Raymond Gill) whom she referred isn't able to take my case. I was given the run around for approximately a week's time. In my opinion, this is totally unprofessional.
