Call Mark Jacob's for all of your workmans compensation claims. I was referred to this law firm from Mike Danskey. I am very pleased with them understanding my concerns and needs. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns. They have my best interests in mind and assure me that they are with me throughout this process.

I was told by danette today 4/14/18 that hey were done with my case, to not call about inquiring about my money and errors made by the firm on behalf of my social security case! I just spoke to the manager about how rude I was treated two weeks ago, and was told they worked for me and would answer to the best of their ability! Meanwhile, I had to make an appt to speak with my attorney (minimum of 2 weeks,) and I found that when making a complaint about danette, I was on speaker with the attorney in the room along “with” danette! I was humiliated, yelled at and disrespected by danette and dismissed when I made my complaint along with being told (by danette today,) she didn’t get in trouble and laughed about me calling to try to figure out why I haven’t been paid yet (case was settled August 3rd. 2017,) but danette told me they were done with my case, they were closing my file and they all agreed that my case was closed (all=manager, lawyer, and danette,) so my complaint was heard and I was basically being mocked! Still haven’t been paid due to errors made by my attorney or danette, (they seem to blame each other by saying “danette handles that, she handles this,” but my case is closed (they’re firing me and cutting ties,) and no first payment, no lump sum due to the errors made 4x and it being reprocessed everytime starting from scratch due to the errors, and you either got paid, or is will get paid due to my injuries, but decide to tell me not to call for answers, and being yelled at by saying you’re all done! And to read that others have been able to get through to these people without an appt and them answering their questions in the reviews really makes me physically sick after me being their client for approximately 3 to 4 years and only calling them a handful of times, (recently to find out where’s the money, what these papers that are sent from social security means, etc,) really makes me feel enraged!

jacobs assistant is very rude her name is terri i wouldnt recommend this lawyer to anyone they always tell u too call the workers comp adjuster when its their job!!!
