All though Aaron didn't take my case, he was very honest and detailed in his reasoning why. He even said he would speak to another attorney for me as a courtesy in order to help my case along. I will definitely refer his office to my peers and would not hesitate to call his firm if needed in the future.

I spoke with Attorney Aumiller concerning my workers comp case, and his candid guidance was extremely helpful in explaining the potential for success in appealing the denial of my federal employee WC claim. He provided information on the necessary documentation my MD would have to provide in order to pursue an appeal successfully, and explained his retainer fees in a clear manner. Mr. Aumiller did not promise success, however, he informed me of the reality of the potential outcomes I could potentially expect even with his (or any other FECA attorney's) representation. In over 20 years of dealing with workers comp, this is the only attorney that I've come across that won't take a case without a retainer. That's a huge red flag to me for a comp case. I wouldn't trust them as they can't be trusted to so everything to help you. Avoid at ALL costs!!!

I hired A.Aumiller to represent me with a WC Post Office Case- BIG MISTAKE! I called and spoke to him to ask for guidance/advise on a wage related issue with the Dept. of Labor his condescending, inappropriate, misguided response was just unacceptable and I chose to fire them - He told me " my office is not a hamburger joint and you can't have it your way" - when all I needed was guidance from my defending attorney- Please look elsewhere for representation. Totally not worth the added agony while I am healing from my WC injury-

I am beyond grateful that Attorney Aumiller took my Federal Compensation case. He is absolutely the best lawyer to handle compensation cases, especially Federal. The OWCP is extremely difficult to work with. All they want to do is deny compensation. I had given up hope so many times, but Aaron always assured me to stay positive. His expertise, knowledge and determination is truly amazing. It took a long time to settle with OWCP, but I was finally awarded all the back pay and a schedule award.
