Mr. Petruzzelli and his team were very kind and helpful. They had such good patience with me, especially on my really bad days that I was struggling. I am happy to say that I got approved for SSD. They were easy to contact, and responded quickly. I'm very grateful. Mr. Petruzzelli was so nice, and made me feel comfortable during the hearing. I was nervous- even the way he talked was very calming. Dannette A. was very helpful and kind. I know that they worked very hard on my case. I have a lot of issues & it was a lot to put together. I was claiming disability and was not confident in approval especially when no other attorney would take me on but after speaking to Mr.Petruzelli he eased my worry and understood my condition. I highly recommend anyone who has tried to work with SSDI to go though this group. I was approved and Mr Petruzelli had such a great bed side manner!
Thank you for all you did and the staff was a pleasure to work with. His daughter is an attorney as well and she was fantastic at my hearing! Greatness runs in the family there.

When I injured my back at work a friend from my company referred me to this attorney's office and I was assigned Mrs Tovinsky. I thank my co-worker every time I speak to her. I got denied once on the initial and once on the appeal with evidence. I called JS&P Law they requested a hearing and the judge awarded my case without going to court! I couldn’t thank you enough Mrs. Tovinsky!!! 10/10 recommend

The entire law firm is very friendly and supportive when it came to helping me retrieve everything during my case. Throughout the process the lawyers kept in contact with myself, my doctors and the judge until the end of the settlement.
