I recently had the opportunity to work with Joel in support of a family member who needed Joel’s services. Joel was a referral from a valued attorney friend of mine. We could not be more pleased with our association with Joel or with the results Joel was able to obtain on our behalf. During the entire process Joel was responsive, available, courteous, professional, highly knowledgeable and super supportive. We found him to be both empathetic and personable. Joel explained exactly what to expect and how the entire process would work. He was 100 percent on the mark. I would recommend Joel Spivack without reservation.

My man Fury was the first ever attorney I had the pleasure of dealing with and this man right here did everything he could for me. He was honest with me. He was helpful. He gave great advice and he is bilingual. We won my case thanks to his stellar prep work. Despite being a clearly busy person, if I needed the time for questions or explanations, Mr. Bucci and his team always made sure I was given that time as soon as they could. I know I was not an easy client as i showed up with 2 days to spare before court and but he did such a good job. Truly wonderful working with Fury. Would recommend to anyone in need of legal help.

I called for an initial consultation, the office never called at the appointment time. Okay, fine we are all busy. I call again and speak to the attorney directly, tell him my wife and I want a mutual noncontested divorce. He asks me questions about my potential case, and kept asking me if I am sure my wife agrees with the decision to divorce. I reassured him several times. Then he tells me he needs to think about whether he wants to represent me. I ask what he needs to think about and he tells me he believes my wife will eventually contest the divorce. I told him I need an answer today, and even if she eventually contests, so what, I am a paying customer. He declines to represent me. Very strange and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend using this attorney at all.

If you are caught for DUI then give no second thought and just reach out to Mr. Levow. Do not panic and do not get depressed and never go for cheap lawyers in case of DWI. I made a mistake by hiring a DWI firm the very next day in a hurry and under panic mode. The owner of the law firm spoke to me and promised to work hard and do everything towards the dismissal. I paid them and the owner never responded to me after the payment was made. I was assigned 2 DWI lawyers from his team and they never cared or even tried of getting the case dismissed. They also asked me to plea guilty to the DWI charge for reduced charges. I am a fighter and didn't lose hope that time but did a thorough research on DWI lawyers in NJ. I completed my research and the best in this business Mr. Levow was the only option I could see that time. I reached out to Mr. Levow and hired him on the spot after having a few words. My experience with Mr. Levow and his team members was nothing short of outstanding. Keith Napolitano, Esq from his team was simply at his best handling my case. He kept me posted regularly with all updates from the prosecutor and was very responsive via texts and calls. I have literally no words left to thank Mr. Levow's and Keith's effort towards the dismissal of my case. It was an emotionally exhausting case that went on for almost 2 years with too many complexities involved as I am an immigrant on H1B work visa with very less driving experience in the US but their strategic thinking and bold advocacy helped me achieve a favorable outcome. If you are a legal immigrant here on some kind of work or student Visa or even a US citizen and have a DWI charge imposed then you better know the future consequences of it if you do not get the case dismissed. My sincere thanks to Mr. Levow and Keith who handled my case with utmost professionalism and care. They are the beasts in this business having clear focus and mission to resolve complex cases. I know they are a little expensive but they have payment plans available and they are worth every penny. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating.
