I Reached out to the law offices of Eric Shire to get representation for a personal injury claim. I received a prompt return call from attorney Eric Shore shortly after I submitted my inquiry online. I discussed the details of my case with him. My case was accepted and referred to one his colleagues. We are in the development phase of my case this point. So far the office has responded promptly to all my calls and emails.

When I say a law firm you can trust!!! l love Eric Shore, Nisa and everyone else attached. When I asked for assistance for my daughter she was in a bad accident they responded immediately and throughout the process the whole team was consistent, passionate and on point yet alone very professional . A special shout out to Nisa whom I talked too for Intake was very generous, polite, kind, professional, patient and showed great customer service skills which made things even better. Around 2 years ago, I was suing for wrongful termination and the lawyer they assigned me wasn't really taking it seriously so they gave it to Briana Pearson and let me tell you, she DID HER THING! got me payed within 2 months of her receiving my case. I appreciate her and Kailen Webb to the fullest. I would give 5 but i gave 4 because they should've gave my girls the case first!!!

Very good law office. Will fight for you. Extremely friendly and professional, however, with high work load of cases, smaller cases don't seem to get the proper or timely communication from representatives to the client as a more important case would receive. Just a small reminder for improvement or growth that even the smaller cases need periodic communication by law office. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with all other services that were provided and would recommend this law office to friends and family. Thank you.
