When I was told by a neurologist my wife had dementia and I was unable to care for her I needed legal help. I tried to find attorneys in my area and came across Rice and Quattrone. I recall seeing Nancy Rice's article in a magazine and since the firm had 2 offices (one close to my town) I chose them to help me. I met with Pam Quattrone and then later with Kerry DiJoseph. I was totaling relaxed with both of them. Pam first explained everything to me in 2 visits. Then I was in contact with Kerry online. I was truly amazed at their expertise in handling my wife's case and they were genuinely compassionate. I was treated not just as a client but as a friend. That meant so much to me. They assured me that there would be a good outcome and they were right. I cannot imagine that anyone other firm could do the amazing and tireless job they did for me. I highly recommend them. Everything they said came true! I am joyous to have had them on my side. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done!

My husband worked directly with Pamela Quattrone a few years ago when his Dad had to be moved from his home and had to begin living in a nursing home due to his advanced Parkinson's. Pam was an absolute godsend in helping us to navigate through the complex Medicare/Medicaid process. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, very kind and very compassionate. We were so thrilled with her services, we then had Pam set up all of our personal estate planning needs. She completed our wills, POA's and medical directives for both my husband and I but also for our two children. Our family came to Pam to get advice on our parents finances. She was professional, to the point and explained the options. We proceeded with her guidance and certainly would recommend her office. Having an objective professional guide us through the various steps without the emotion was priceless. Did we have a lot to do? Yes. Gathering lots and lots of documents and accounts and passwords was intense for a few weeks. But it was worth it! Elder care law was new to us and we learned an enormous amount to protect assets legally and in a timely manner!

Over 10 years ago my family used this firm to plan my mother’s estate. Their knowledge and professionalism were unmatched, so of course when i recently began my planning, I considered no one else. They are extremely thorough, explaining every aspect of estate planning and involving all interested parties. Both Pam and Barbara’s personalities not only compliment each other, but their interactions with customers is nothing short of amazing. If you have elder care law needs, I highly recommend this firm.

I can’t say how they are to work with because I never got the chance. I am leaving this review on April 25, 2023. I called R&Q on the morning of 4/12, and spoke to Barbara who spent about 5 minutes asking me for details of my elder care legal needs. At the end of the call, she said she would have someone from their firm call me back to discuss further steps. As of this date I have not heard from them, and have since retained other counsel.
