Pam Quattrone of Rice Elder Care has been amazing in guiding myself and my five sisters through the complex process of planning care for our Mom. We’ve been working with her for the last six years and her advice has been invaluable. She has responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns and has taken the time to thoroughly explain anything we ask of her—often more than once! Over the past five years, we have gone from Mom living independently, to living with a family member, to now living in a Memory Care unit. There are so many variables in all of that and she helped to ensure our decisions were financially smart, legally sound, well thought out and the best overall for Mom. In addition, she successfully handled the Medicaid application process for us which can be extremely lengthy and complicated. If you choose to do that on your own, one mistake can cost thousands of dollars and delay the application for months and months, at the very least. Lastly, we found Pam to be patient and compassionate. Planning for a parent’s final years can be difficult and emotional, sometimes with lots of tears. Pam made this process so much easier to deal with and we now have confidence in knowing that Mom’s affairs are in a very good state. Myself and my sisters are very grateful and appreciative for all she has done for us!

Pam Quattrone is amazing. I was leary initially for the initial consultation but when my father received a back dated retirement payment that would then jeopardize his Medicaid eligibility, I knew I needed help. It was a painful Medicaid process and she was such a pleasure to work with!
