I first met Gary while dealing with a family law issue. My attorney at the time had passed away in the middle of the issue. I was referred to Gary Borger, who stepped in. Fiore Bucci only answers your calls until you give him your retainer. After that don't expect a call back or an email. I've left 3 or 4 calls and emails and no answer. And when you do get him on a phone for his lack of responding he charges you for it. I had to get a new lawyer and start over after I paid him close to $1,600 and almost nothing was done. When you do press him to do something, he promises it and days go by and nothing is done. When he says he'll have something for you on a certain day, don't expect him to do what he commits to. I think he is the wrong profession.

I was assigned to Fiore Law Group and Mr.Bucci from the Off The Record app. Mr. Bucci was very responsive and helpful before and during my speeding ticket hearing. My ticket was reduced from a speeding ticket with points to a non-moving violation with no points. Hope I won't need their help again but if so I would definitely contact Mr. Bucci again! Liz B

Our experience with Mr Joel Spivack's law firm was a very pleasant and incredibly effective partnership throughout! We hired Mr. Spivack's law firm for a real estate transaction.
