I am also a lawyer in New Jersey. Evan is by far the best DWI/DUI attorney in New Jersey. If I was ever charged with a DWI or DUI in New Jersey, Even would be the lawyer I would use!!

I’ve used Mr. Spivack on multiple occasions. Chapter 7 and a Chapter 13. He is all that and more!! He will break it down to you and keep it real with you and actually care and help you if he can. If he can’t help you he will let you know! I gave up my home in a chapter 7 then 2 years later decided to keep it after getting a great job and my whole life situation changing . I went with a Chapter 13 and was approved because of Mr. Spivack. This is a great man and he knows his stuff , I will always support and send anyone to him. Thankyou Joel! 5 Stars!!!!

Michael was very kind and gracious to me with both his schedule and knowledge. He took the time out of his day to explain to me certain things regarding my case, and though I ultimately didn't hire him, I have nothing but good things to say. Hopefully I don't need to call him again regarding the sort of situation I'm in, but he would undoubtedly be on my short list!

Mr Fioretti is an amazing attorney. He has been my attorney since 2010. He represented me in a workers comp claim and was relentless in getting me justice.
