I found myself down and out. After making many inexcusable mistakes in my past, I had finally begun to turn my life around, however, I had a hiccup. My family suggested that I consider BANKRUPTCY as the solution to getting out of debt when I was trying to sell my house and move to a new home without furniture or other accumulated stuff. They found Joel and helped me get to see him in a timely fashion. He was excellennt in calming me down over BANKRUPTCY and the patient in helping me gather the files necessary for him to file for BANKRUPTCY. After a review of the files, he advised me the best option was Chapter 7 and that was filed. He had no control over TRUSTEE change in the middle which delayed listing the house for sale but now we have a CONTRACT of SALE, have vacated the home / property and have the DISCHARGE waiting for CLOSING.

Joel was a consummate professional and his counsel was excellent. I would have never been able to go through the process without him. Thank goodness there are still people like Joel in the world to guide people like me through the legal process. I highly recommend Joel!
