I highly recommend Joel Spivack to everyone I know! After reading all the fantastic reviews about him on google and yelp I decided to call in and request a consultation. I was at a terrible point in my life financially and filing chapter 7 at this point was my only option. Mr. Spivack walked me through the process with understanding and respect. I've just received my discharge papers and for the first time in a long time I can finally breathe! So if you're reading this review ( like I was) just call you wont be disappointed.

Michael J Fioretti is a very well organized professional. He goes out of his way to figure out what he can do to help his clients. He helped me with a very serious matter. Not once did he complian or switch up on any arrangements we made with each other. Michael is a very serious professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else besides him.

We hired Michael Fioretti to counsel a family member who was in need of representation. Michael did an excellent job working with our family regarding our needs, and he was very responsive and easy to reach prior to our court date. Another thing to know is how he checked in on us even after our need for his counsel. I would recommend Michael's services to any of my family or friends

Working with Michael was a breeze. I was nervous at the beginning having never had to hire an attorney before, so I contacted Michael per a friends recommendation. He reviewed my case with me and clearly laid out all my options on the table. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout, and ultimately won my case for me. Michael Fioretti is one of the few lawyers I have come to trust, 110%. He is caring, honest, hardworking and detail oriented. I have to say Joel turned my life around. He took the stigma out of bankruptcy and made me realize this law is to give people second chances. I was able to move on and be a more responsible with my finances. I live on a cash bases only. Credit cards are bad and the credit card companies want to put you right back in debt. Do not let them!
