Mr. Abdou and his team made the entire legal process a great experience. Right from the very beginning Tom gave me a few phone calls personally to discuss the case. He wanted to make sure my expectations were aligned with potential outcomes based on his expertise in the subject matter. All of this occurred prior to anything being finalized. Tom took the time out to make sure transparency was a priority while genuinely caring for the situation. I knew right then and there that I could not ask for better representation. During the litigation there was not one point in time that I had to follow-up on the case. I was always kept informed about the status of my case. I have dealt with Mr. Abdou for two real estate transactions. Mr. Abdou was very knowledgeable and had written excellent contracts. He added protection for his client in case the deal was to fall through. In fact, one of my transactions did not go through, due to a wet land obstacle, and I was able to receive my full deposit, thanks to Mr. Abdou's skillful writing.

I initially met Tom (Tamer) through my friend who owns an autobody shop when a brand new car we just bought was severely damaged by another driver. We successfully settled for diminished value (i.e. car will be worth less when I trade it in- I lost value in an asset I owned. The car was so new when it was hit it created a significant enough "diminished value" to make a case). I was so impressed with Tom's work and communication on what was arguably a relatively small case, that a couple of years later I entrusted him to review and negotiate an employment separation package, something of much importance to me. I would recommend Tom for both relatively smaller things and very large/important ones where you want the best on your side. I know he does a variety of legal work for businesses as well (I only needed to use him for personal items)- he is clearly very well rounded and a very sharp lawyer. I was really nervous as I had never been in the position of or even thought of suing someone before. I had been in a terrible car accident and all of the sudden I was faced with reality.
