As president of a condominium association, I retained the services of Dean Semer to assist us with multiple issues over the course of the past four years. Some of these issues were rather small in nature as in changing the condominium bylaws and others were much more involved as in dealing with litigation, collection and repossession. In every situation Deans services to us were outstanding. He always returns phone calls and emails quickly. Time sensitive matters are handled promptly . His scope of knowledge and experience is very broad but when there are issues he’s not familiar with, he’s the first to admit it and then does the research to get the right answer. Dean met all of my expectations as President of the condominium association and perhaps even more importantly, all of the other owners of our building were also delighted with his service. Aside from the work he has done for our condominium association, I personally hired Dean to assist me when dealing with zoning and violation issues involving one of my investment properties.
