Dean helped me by providing a letter after I received a $400 per month rent increase. I had been living there for 15 years. Thankfully it was settled out of court after the letter was received. I really appreciate all of his help with this. Aside from the success, he was consistently prompt with his responses and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend him:)
