My wife and I worked with Ali on the purchase of a major renovation/addition. Ali was helpful and in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, which took nearly 13 months. He quickly answered all correspondences, provided sound advice, & problem solved immediately during our more stressful moments. Ali also helped us negotiate multiple credits and assured we were holding the seller accountable for delays. We hired Ali Jaloudi when we were buying our first home and it’s a good thing we did! He walked us through every aspect of the arduous process, including the mortgage, negotiations, and use and occupancy agreement. He saved us an exorbitant amount of money in maintenance costs on the house and was even able to get us money back from the extended occupancy. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but we felt like he truly had us in his best interests throughout the sale.
