Very unprofessional. The person (assuming the attorney) who answered the phone very unenthusiastic...rudely cut me off while I was asking a question by saying ”ma’am, ma’am a consultation is $350!
That was NOT my question. I was calling to confirm he provided services for my issue.
Learn to listen before speaking and customer service skills. I’ll spend $350 somewhere else or perhaps can get a free consult with a professional attorney.

My accident case had been going on for over 2 years and I had given up on getting any resolution because everytime I called I got the run around and believed the firm was unstable. But after Mr. Succardi was assigned to my case things got a lot better and the communication got 200 percent better. Within a 16 months after being assigned to my case Mr. Succardi got me paid more than I was expecting and was a true man of his word . If I ever have another unfortunate accident Mr Succardi would be the person who I have represent my best interest.
