8 point speeding ticket reduced to 0 point parking ticket

This is an absolute amazing firm. I had a cell phone violation and hired them to see if they could get it reduced to lower the points. Not only did they lower it but they got it dropped to a parking violation with no points. The entire experience was as easy as you can expect. I have and would recommend this to any and every person that I know as well have them represent me permanently going forward. Thank you guys once again.

Do not recommend for expungements communication is horrible and there’s no set person to handle your case being tossed around like a feather in a whirlwind. Used them to obtain a state license wasted money. Sadly didn’t even need an expungement to obtain licensing but horrible experience (not felonies) simple disorderly person misdemeanor.

They recently took a major stress off my shoulder by representing me in court and taking care of my ticket and also getting it down to a small fee with no points without me very having too show up .

I had a case involving a DUI and I reached out to Cohen & Bernstein to hopefully try to help resolve my case. I'd have to say that I had a very stressful and nerve racking experience with their firm. When I initially contacted them, I asked for a copy of the discovery as well as some other information so that I may review it myself but was never given said copy. My case was passed throughout their firm and I had to meet with multiple lawyers who handled this issue for different days I was required to appear. They all had exceptional profemiolism except for the fact that for one of my appearances they failed to keep record of my appearance date and I was left in the court room waiting for over 2 hours for no one from this firm to represent me or call me. It wasn't until I reached out to them that they placed me on a brief 5-8 minute hold when I notified them about my appearance and they were able to push that court date back one week. It seems as though they were not fully organized with my case or had little interest in helping me move forward through my legal process. On my sentencing date, Lindsey herself actually appeared but it seems as though my case was a last minute call due to the fact that she brought, what seems like, her child to the court. I did not feel comfortable discussing my sentence between anyone else due to my desire for public discretion, but I don't think they heard me when I asked for that in the beginning. The whole process took me about 2 months and when it came time for the sentencing it seems as though a public defender would've done just the same amount of work or more in order to lessen the violations in which I received. Overall, I am somewhat dissatisfied with their organization as well as lack of information I was provided. I understand there was only so much they could do with the situation of my case but I feel as though they could have been more informative to me in regards of this whole matter.

I used Cohen & Bernstein, LLC (Jennifer, Lindsay & Ronen) for a personal matter and they were excellent. Very professional, courteous and I received all correspondence in a timely manner.

Never failed me yet , highly recommend if you’re a spirited driver.
