On a sunny afternoon in broad daylight in a crosswalk with the light, I was almost on the sidewalk when a woman sped through the light, making a left turn and she hit me. My last thought before I lost consciousness was, “I’m not going to live through this.” Days later, as shock wore off and my injuries became apparent, I spoke to an attorney who told me that I had no case. So I was injured, scared, and coming to terms with PTSD, while dreading the battles I would face with insurance companies. Then, one of my students (I am a college professor) told me about Corradino and Papa. When I went to meet with Angelo Catanzariti, an incredibly knowledgeable attorney, he told me not to worry—I had a case and he took it on. As soon as Corradino & Papa took my case, even though I had three or four doctors’ appointments a week, Angelo had my back. Just like anyone else going through a trauma, the addition of non-stop medical bills caused me undue stress. Whenever I had a problem, Corradino & Papa helped. Without exaggeration, Angelo answered me immediately and dealt with each problem. As anyone who has been through a terrible accident knows, it is difficult enough to deal with the stress and the pain, without having the additional anxiety of fighting with insurance companies.
