Fatih was my attorney on a closing. He was very understanding and extremely knowledgeable. It was easy to talk to him about any issues. Amerika'da hiç bir avukatla muhattap oldunuz mu bilmiyorum. Hem ben hem de arkadaşlarımın yaşadıkları deneyimler korku filmini andırıyor. Genelde avukatlar para alana kadar ilgi gösteriyor ve sonra sizi önemsemiyor. Volkan Bey bu konuda bir istisna. Gerçek anlamda bilgilendirmeden, talebimin takibine, sonuçlanmasından bundan sonra ne yapmam gerektiğine kadar her konuda yanımda oldu. Anlaşıp, ödememi yaptıktan sona bile ben değil o benim peşimden koştu. Her gelişmeden beni haberdar etti, her sorumu büyük bir sabırla ve nezaketle cevapladı. Çevresinde hem Türk hem de Amerikalı avukatlarla çalışan bir olarak bütün içtenliğimle söyleyebilirim ki Volkan Bey, Amerikada "doktora ve avukata ihtiyacın olmasında ne olursa olsun" deyimine baş kaldırırcasına çalışkanlığı, bilgisi ve müşterilerine gösterdiği ilgisiyle bu söylemi çelişkiye düşürüyor. Kendisine yardımları, gösterdiği ilgi ve görevinin ve sorumluluklarının üstüne çıkarak -orijinal belgeleri Volkan Bey'e göndertmiştim ve benim teslim almam gerekiyordu fakat uçakta yaşadığım bir sorun nedeniyle ulaşamadım. Kendisi Pazar günü hiçbir zorunluluğu ve sorumluğu yokken 2 saat yol gelerek belgeleri bana getirdi- Amerika'da kimse seni avukata düşürmesin söylemini çarpıcı şekilde yalanlıyor ve belkide hiçbir arkadaşımın -Türk, Amerikan, Sırbistian ve İtalyan -avukatlarda göremediği iş etiğini ve insanlığını ve şefkatini yadsınamaz şekilde göz önüne sunuyor. I do not know if you ever need to work with a lawyer in the US. The common saying goes as you need to stay away from doctors and lawyers above anyone else. I know many of my friends and acquaintances who had a terrific rapport with their lawyers until they made the payment . Unfortunately, their lawyers almost disappeared once they received the payment. They had to chase their lawyers and even beg them to do the work they paid for them to do. Given what I know from the experiences of others, Mr. Volkan plays quite a controversial role. I never had to chase him (in fact, he chased me), and he informed me what was going on, and he even used unsolicited incentives to make the process faster. During the whole process, he was extremely kind, responsive, and retroactive. I had many friends who worked with American, Serbian, US lawyers, and they were highly interested until they received the money, and then they simply stopped caring about them. I am proud to say that Mr. Volkan and his law firm hold very high standards for work ethics. It is rare to find a law firm and lawyer that cares so much about their clients. I am not a person who leaves reviews on every occasion, but given the extraordinary care and service, I felt obliged to let you know that you will be in good hands with Mr. Volkan. I can not thank him enough for his patience, for keeping me informed on everything, to answer all my questions -even when I was asking the same question day after day- patiently, professionally, and without feeling me make awkward. I can not take him enough for all his hard work and patience.
