Susana is a first-class real estate attorney and has been exceptional in helping us with our house closing. As first-time buyers, we were unexperienced and nervous sometimes with the entire process, but she helped and guided us calmly through all the steps. We couldn't ask for better support and knowledge - Susana gracefully negociated with the Sellers on our behalf, pro-actively handled the paperwork and some potential issues (oil tank checks, repair talks). In all these actions she looked for our best interests and gave us solid feedback whenever we were unsure what's going on. And at the end of the day, she even used her sense of humour to lighten our hopes and support us. All in all, she is a truly remarkable attorney and person, and we're glad someone referred her to us.
