If you are looking to close in a timely manner this is NOT the lawyer for you! Terrible communication throughout closing process. Does not follow directions that are stated in the contract. Closing was delayed by weeks not days. .

I used David when I purchased my home. He’s amazing and personable. He’s with the times so there are 0 delays for anything. He even helped me three years later with a small neighbor issue. He goes above and beyond to say the least.

This was a house closing in NJ. David Francis was referred by a friend. In fact, we never actually met face-to-face. All conversations were via email and phone; and he had me remotely sign a Power of Attorney so that I didn't even have to be in-State for the closing!! There were several unexpected and unsettling issues that arose regarding inspections and water testing but David was able to talk me off the ledge and get me refocused on the end goal. He was patient, understanding, and very responsive. (You can expect a quicker response by email than by phone.) I would not hesitate to use him again for any of my legal needs -- and you shouldn't either.
