The Best Attorney #1 I hired attorney Steven Wukovits’ for my case. In November of last year, I was arrested fingerprinted and charged by the local police with a crime. As my immigration status further complicated things, I searched for the best attorney. Steve Wukovits, who convinced the prosecutor and the judge to dismiss the case against me. Mr. Wukovits is a very knowledgeable and he also answered all my questions and concerns.

LATE LAST YEAR, MY WIFE MADE VERY SERIOUS FELONY ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME AND MY FUTURE & FREEDOM WERE IN GREAT DANGER. HOWEVER, MY LAWYER, STEVE WUKOVITS, QUICKLY POINTED TO THE LACK OF EVIDENCE EXPECTED TO BE FOUND IN A CASE INVOLVING A AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. AFTER STEVE GOT COUNTY PROSECUTORS TO DOWNGRADE MY CASE TO MUNICIPAL COURT, AT A FRI TRIAL, STEVEN THEN PROVED THAT NO ASSAULT OF ANY KIND TOOK PLACE. THEN AFTER STEVE FILED A MOTION TO DISMISS, HIS ASSOCIATE (MARC SPOSATO) CONVINCED THE MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR AND JUDGE TO DISMISS THE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME. HONESTLY, I CANNOT THANK MY LAWYERS ENOUGH FOR SUCCESSFULLY HANDLING THIS DIFFICULT SITUATION FOR ME. BUT LIKE STEVE SAYS, WE’RE NOW FRIENDS FOR LIFE.

As someone who's 50+, I never thought I would find myself needing a Criminal lawyer. I'm a professional woman, who found herself facing a mandatory of 5 years in state prison. Steve believed in me, and he worked hard for me. He's a great defense lawyer, because he knew my character didn't match the crime I was being accused of committing. In the end, I have 2 years probation which is nothing compared to 5 years imprisonment, and I was terminated from my job to never practice in NJ again. My son was involved in a serious fight at school, and since the other kid involved was a juvenile, my son was arrested and immediately charged with second degree aggravated assault. I then retained Steven Wukovits, who was able to get the charges downgraded from the superior court to the local municipal court. Thereafter, his super associate, Marc Sposato, was able to get my son a conditional dismissal, which will allow him to pursue his career in law enforcement. Steve and Marc are the best around!!

Unfortunately I meet Steve kind of late but it seems like I knew for ever great guy but mostly a great lawyer what I like about Steve is that is straight forward with he recently just saved me from a 5years prison bid with 4 prior convictions only 3 years probation I thank you Steve even the judge couldn’t believe how Steve was able to come thru for me
