Working with Ben was very easy especially for a starter with no knowledge of purchasing a house. From the time I contacted him to the end at closing, it was excellent professionalism throughout. Ben followed up on every process to make me understand the content of the process and answered every question I asked diligently. I was especially very apprehensive on closing date, but when I got to his office and found a team of professionals waiting for me, I was wowed and my apprehension dissipated. It ended up to be a fun, relaxed and professional process made easy and painless.
