We could not have asked for a better experience when buying our first home. My husband is also an attorney, so naturally, we (mainly he) had a lot of questions when looking over the contract, inspection report, etc. Ben was both patient and thorough in his responses to us, while also getting back to our emails quickly. He helped us navigate some bumps in the road leading up to closing, and closing day itself was quick and smooth. When you buy a home, you're also investing in the town the home is in, and his experience as a Cranford local himself meant he could answer questions about what it is like to settle down in Cranford.
