Kristin Capalbo is not only an excellent attorney, she is a great friend. She is compassionate, personable, empathetic, ethical, thoughtful, easy to talk to and totally understanding. She makes an extremely difficult situation so much easier to deal with. She makes you feel so at ease with not only the legal aspects of your case, but with the emotional ones as well. She knows the law and while very agreeable and friendly, will fight if she has to to get all you are entitled to. Really enjoyed working with Kirstin and having her represent my divorce case. She was very up front about everything from what to do, what we need to what to expect as outcome. Her assistant, Debby, is just as passionate and competent. I had a very messy divorce, but having them by my side kept me sane. Kirstin really fought for me in negotiations meetings and in court.
