Todd Palumbo represented our son in a serious and complex criminal case involving mental health issue. My son isn’t a resident of NJ which made things even more complicated. Went here for a consultation and the lawyer I spoke too showed no interest whatsoever in the case I was presenting and is understandable that some cases are a dead end but as a lawyer is your job to find a way or another route to go, not just sit there with no expression and nothing to say. Sure did smiled though when given the $150 for the waste of time. Tip for your firm, remember people are the ones giving you the opportunity to succeed not the other way around.

David Schmidt and I represented separate respondents in a securities industry customer arbitration that went to a hearing. He was thorough and responsive in discovery. I went to a few laywers before talking ot David Schmidt. All other lawyers didnt want anything to do with my case. David, listened and investigated to see if there was a case. He told me the truth at every turn during the case. When we were in talks to settle i said take the first offer. He said i smell more, just give it time. He got me double in the mid 6 figures. He is very trustworthy and as honest as the day is long. I know about 2 lawyers who are good friends of mine. I hired and would hire again David.
