Her results and level of confidence were better then any lawyered I’ve ever dealt with. Amazing amazing amazing work by Michelle welsh

I found out Alan M Lubiner on purchasing a new home through my realtor. I felt Alan is not serious about my work. I only spoke to him for 30 minutes over the phone and that's it. Neither Alan nor his assistant explain to me what I should do to request for a repair so I didn't put everything in writing all at once. If I send all my requests at one shot, I might have a chance to get all that I asked for. I felt Alan and his assistant didn't really pay attention to details and assumed that I am supposed to know everything. Most of the people only buy a home once or twice in his life and that's why we need a good lawyer to help you. If your attorney didn't care too much about you, I feel it's not worth it to hire him. It is Alan's responsibility to help me in this process, but he didn't. I closed my real estate deal in January, 2019 and Alan didn't even show up in the closing. He has assigned another attorney in his office to sit in there, but the other attorney never worked on my case. Neither Alan nor his assistant told me that he won't show up. I found out the minute that I walked into his office. I was extremely disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to go to this attorney. Alan is careless and I don't feel he pay enough attention to my case at all. In response to Alan's comments, I did use a different screen name to protect my privacy. However, what I have said in my previous comments are all facts and I didn't make anything up. I also have all the email communication with Alan. I questioned him in the email why he didn't show up in my closing and he told me it's personal without any further explanation. I never hear any apology from Alan. I absolutely never received any prior notification about Alan's absence. Is that professional? Alan, you had your chance to make up for it, but you acted like you didn't do anything wrong. I do not accept this attitude. It happened in January, 2019, not 6 months ago. If Alan doesn't care about his client, I don't think he will remember answering me. This is for everyone - What has happened to me, could happen to you. Be careful in choosing the right lawyer that can best fight for your benefits!

Michelle handled a Traffic Ticket I got while driving south from Maine heading to Virginia. I was so frustrated when I realized I would have to go to court, because it was 250 miles each way and I had other obligations on the date it was scheduled. I was so relieved when I spoke to her, and she was extremely pleasant and professional! It was the most competitive flat-rate fee that she charged for the service, and she heard my circumstance and advocated on my behalf. Ultimately, I paid a very small fee associated with the court costs, and I could not be more grateful for her help! Thank you so much Michelle, you are AWESOME!!

Well they happened to be the first lawyers to come up I did a Google search I checked their rates and they were at top prices for my case however if you want good you gotta pay this case was important to me to get rid of it so I paid and it was well worth my money the charming smart attorney they assigned to my case was brilliant I had a DUI and it was dismissed!
