I had a complicated case when I applied for US citizenship, and Mr. Michael Kiran stepped in to help. While Michael was very clear that the good outcome is not guaranteed, he and his team not only put a lot of effort on my behalf, but fought for me to get a fair representation. I can not give enough praise to Michael Kiran. My husband had a particularly difficult immigration case where he was arrested, didn't show up to the courtdate, and was deported in abstentia. We got married afterwards and we were too scared to file for his green card because we knew it was a complicated case and NONE of the lawyers we spoke to said they could take it on with confidence. They suggested my husband leave the country and file from there or that we should just pray for a change in the immigration laws. DO NOT LOSE HOPE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU HEAR...HIRE KIRAN! We had a child so he asked the prosecutor to reopen my husbands case on behalf of my daughter. They agreed to side with us on reopening the case. Then it was a matter of filing for the green card and waiting for all the peices to fall into place at the right time. Kiran was masterful at making sure immigration only got the information they needed at the right time and in the right order so my husband would not be deported once they found out his address. All along he was very responsive, honest, professional, and worked with us on making payments for his fees...no other lawyer was willing to do this. Kiran was not only our lawyer but an absolute god-send. He turned a life of fear into one where we can now move on and truly begin living!!!!
