Todd J. Leonard Law Firm was extremely professional. Matthew Sheffield handled my worker's comp claim from the Denville, NJ office. He was very attentive and took his time to explain the steps in my case to me in layman's terms. He always kept me up to date with the progress of my case and he fought for me. Since the beginning of my experience with Todd J Leonard law firm I met with his associate Matthew Sheffield. The entire team had been welcoming and professional. They guided me through the whole process and having COVID interfere with my case they were patient in all my questions as I did move out of state before my case was completed. Mr.Sheffield was a pleasure to work with. He made everything so easy and made sure I was getting what I deserved for my shoulder injury. He always made sure to check up on me at least once a week. If I had questions I would email him and he would get back to me in no time at all. If I could rate them higher I would. I was injured during work hours, and the company I worked for knew from the first Dr.'s exam they sent me to that I would require specific testes because the ones that were performed showed enough concern that they wanted me to start physical therapy immediately after receiving the scans/tests. I waited for 2, nearly 3 months before I was able to get anything out of them, including back due workers comp payments. The only reason they finally responded was because I hired Matthew. He was on it from the start. I would estimate probably not even a full 24hrs after I signed on, that I got emails, calls etc. from HR at my workplace. The only thing I had to do was get a few medical opinions, and then work through the treatment process. Matthew negotiated a reasonable financial settlement. The only thing I paid wasn't out of pocket, it was an agreed upon amount out of the final settlement. If you're even questioning if you need to call a lawyer, I would recommend these guys 100% without hesitation. Made life so much easier.

Words are difficult to put in support of what Todd, Paul, Matthew, Claudia and Stacey were able to accomplish. Having been thrown one curveball after another, the team was collectively able to hit it out of the park, every single time. More so, their responsiveness to my questions was prompt and professional. The Todd J. Leonard Law firm was great with providing assistance to me on a recent auto accident/injury case I had.
