I came across Art when I was looking for an attorney to use in the selling of my home as well as the purchase of my next home. Art was very patient with me despite all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable with every part of the process. I really felt like he was advocating for me and looking out for my best interests the entire time. Would definitely recommend him!

We were lucky enough to come across Art's name when we were selling our home. I interviewed several lawyers and he definitely stood out. He was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. He gave me the rundown of everything that we needed to do and was on top of everything. Easy to get in touch with him and always very professional. Quite a different experience from when we bought the house and used a different lawyer. Would work with him again anytime.

As first time home-buyers, I must have asked a thousand questions during the process but Art was reassuring during the home buying process. Art kept the process moving even though the relocation company was dragging their feet. Art was able to ensure everything went smoothly for the closing and we couldn't be happier.

Art did a terrific job representing my wife and I with the sale of our home. He didn’t waste time with silly nonsensical things. He covered all the important issues and always kept the process moving while ensuring that we (the sellers) were protected. Mr. Gusoff represented me as a buyer of a bank owned property. He was a tenacious advocate, and made sure to protect my interests. Purchasing a bank owned property was difficult, but Mr. Gusoff's breadth of experience in real estate transactions always left me feeling confident that our purchase would go through. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Gusoff to anyone who has made an offer on a house.

Very happy with Art handling my recent closing on house I just bought. What should have been a simple process wound up being much more with the Seller's attorney ridiculous unprofessional behavior. Art was always calm, knowledgeable & professional in knowing how to handle the sellers attorney that made this a very stressful event, and ultimately closed the deal!

Arthur was a pleasure to work with while purchasing our first home. He gave us the advice we needed when we asked and guided us in the right direction through the whole process. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls even on weekends. Our closing went extremely smooth and fast because Arthur made sure everything was in place and had us out of his office within an hour and a half. I would 100% recommend him!

Everything that Art helped us with on the closing of our house was done in a smooth timely fashion. He answered emails, texts, and phone calls very promptly if we needed a question answered. The closing of our house was not delayed at all and the whole process couldn't have gone any better. We highly recommend Art and are very grateful for the great service that he provided for us.
