My wife and I recently purchased a house in Morris County. Our real estate agent introduced us to Art. From the beginning of the process to its end, Art made it easy, was always available to help, provided us all the right knowledge and details, etc. Buying a house can be a very stressful process but with Art’s personality and expertise, he made it very easy going.

Art represented us for the recent sale of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and detail oriented, advising us and keeping us informed on every step of the process. His fee was very reasonable, in view of all the work entailed. Art was a pleasure to work with and he made sure that everything went smoothly.

From the moment I hired Arthur he began making things happen. I never had to ask Arthur to do something twice. He was available day and night and was never too busy to take my phone calls. Arthur Gusoff served as our attorney during a very long and difficult house sale. Mr. Gusoff is a top rate professional who stuck with us through all the ups and downs that comes with the buying of a home. He went above and beyond during our tank sweep debacle, secured our survey and title in a short amount of time so that we could close just before our interest rate lock-in expired, and sent out all emails and paperwork to the seller's attorney in a timely manner. He was always available to us for questions and advice.

I highly recommend Art Gusoff as a real estate attorney in NJ. First, he represented my mother's estate when selling her former house. It went very smoothly. More recently, he represented me while purchasing a house that was both new construction and foreclosed by the bank. From the start, he was looking out for my best interests. Who would snow plow the roads since they weren't turned over to the town yet? He got the bank to agree in writing to plow. The home inspection found a few items, and despite the sale being 'as-is', we requested the items to repaired, and were happily surprised when the bank agreed. All the title work and surveys were also done. From start to finish, we closed this unique transaction in less than 60 days. My realtor, who deals with lots of lawyers, also praised him as one of the best she's dealt with. I'll definitely use Art G the next time as well!

There is nothing that Mr. Gusoff does not know about real estate. I am not an attorney but I did get my first real estate license in 1966. The man could not be nicer or kinder. He puts you at ease but is sharp as a tack.
