Excellent attorney !!

Very good and professional lawyer. I had two major cases and she helped me every step of the way and assured me from the beginning she would do everything she could and made sure I got home to my family. She was always honest, no matter good or bad and that's what I respected most. Ms. Cupaiuolo is an excellent attorney when it comes to Family Court matters She is fair in her dealings even when compromise is neeed all the while knowing she has your back. I can sum Ms Cupaiuolo in one word.... she’s a PIP very PROFESSIONAL has INTEGRITY and extremely PERSONABLE. We appreciated both her knowledge of the law and her humor and noticed the respect our Judge has for her. Truly a breath of fresh air.

A bit high in price

Alice and I handle a horrific custody battle with false allegations involved and all I never thought the battle would end and it's still not over. But throughout this whole process not one single time has Alice gave me a false idea of anything. She will not back into a corner she will fight hard for you and what your looking to accomplish.

She is a rare gem in the overwhelmingly large pool of attorneys. She has represented me in family court and criminal court. Her rates are clear (a lil pricey) but worth every penny. She will not back into a corner and surrender to plea offers if u don't want that as a result. She will give u her honest opinion of what the possibilities of your case may be and the optional routes u have. Whichever route u choose she will lead u there and not try to sway ur decision. I have referred many family and friends to her who were 100% satisfied. I will never need another attorney. She's my go-to person for any legal representation I need.
