My family and I have known and used Mr Todd Eder’s services for over 25 years. Todd has done an outstanding job from start to finish on three separate real estates closings and personal injury due to a car crash. He was also our probate attorney, and did a fantastic job. His work ethic is above and beyond. Todd always kept us in the light and was easy to reach when ever I had a question, or simply needing an update. Todd is extremely competent and organized. He filed everything in a timely manner. Mr Eder’s fees were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that he does. Mr. Eder represented my son in 2010 for a DUI and with a legal brief that impressed the judge had the charge dismissed. In 2017 Mr. Eder had a Careless Driving 2pts. reduced to Traffic Obstruction 0pt.s and a lesser fine. We highly recommend him.

Mr Todd Eder has been my attorney since 2004. He is extremely knowledged and did a fantastic job on two real estate closings for me and my wife and one for my father. He also did an outsatnding job on my car accident and a worksman comp case as well. Mr Eder is also currently handling another real estate closing for my father. I have used mr.eder,on two prior workers compensation claims,they were very much easier then my most recent one that took 4 years to get through the courts and settled!on march 13 2008,i reinjured my back and neck at the local board of education,at wich i was employed for 25 years.the board of education bounced me around like it was my fault.i filed a petition with mr.eder that month march of 2008.he is superbly perfectional without a doubt!i started treating with a spine specialist,all this dr.wanted to do was operate right away.mr eder stepped right in and got me started on physical therapy right away.i spent hundreds of hours at physical therapy,getting mri sdone,cat scans x rays,this case seemed impossible,but mr.eder stuck by me every step of the way!finally he sent me to the best spine dr.in n.j and he did lower lumbar surgery on jan 20 2009.this case involved a reopener from my last back injury in 2006,my back surgery,mr.eder also filed for a 100% workers compensation disability,this case as it was so confusing,mr.eder spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours on this case.he had to make tons of phone calls,get about 20 plus doctors reports,he always called me back,if he was even in court his very professional legal secretary linda would page him and he got back to me as soon as possible every time,he even called me twice while he was on vacation.i thought this case would never be settled,but mr.eder stuck with me through each and every step of the way!!we finally got into workers compensation court on jan 12-2012.mr.eder with his professional got me everything i hoped for,im still in disbelief at what a professional manner this attorney has!he got me paid for my reopened case,my back surgery settlement,and 100% disability.im truly amazed how well he does in and out of court!everything was exceptional before,during and after this was settled.i myself was under so much stress,due to such a complicated case,i am more than 100% satisfied!!in my opinion i dont think other lawyers would have put nearly as much time into a case like this mind boggling case as mr.eder did!!he is an exceptional trial attorney,dui,home closings,divorce,etc!
