Do not go to this law firm. I was in a car accident young, the person driving was not at fault by any means, I got injured and had to get surgery. Years later I get a notice from collections that my surgery was NEVER paid for. What LAWYER would not make sure a minor in a case did not have ALL medical bills covered BEFORE the case was closed? I then contacted the law firm and Jean rudely says to me " OH I remember you, well since you picked up your settlement after you were 18 we are not responsible". Well of course I had to wait because I was a MINOR. She couldn't have even TRIED to help me. I got advice to obtain my file and have it reviewed to see if my bill was ever submitted. I have called more times then I can count. They continue on giving me the run around. Says my file is 'somewhere in storage' but are too lazy to go and search. And I know my rights they have to keep my file for 7 years so it is definitely there somewhere. Or they say we are working on it but never call me back. I have sent letters trying to obtain my file and no one, I mean NO ONE contacts me back. I would never suggest ANYONE to go to this practice. Now I am older, building my life, going to college and my credit is being affected from pure and utter negligence. I most likely will have to pay for a surgery that was completely out of my hands. I am appalled at this law firm and will forever tell people to NEVER go here. I see others have been ripped off by this law firm, well now I am one too. Thank you for ruining my credit and causing havoc in my already havoc life.

Fleming was the only attorney (out of ten I called) that was positively 99.9 sure he can take my case pay some fines and keep my life moving. His paralegal Aida is very attentive and courteous always makes time for ones concerns these people are Mercedes Benz quality. Thanks again for your great service !
