Atty Review — I hired Attorney Finkelstein for a closing in July 2004. This was the time there was limited Internet reviews and word traveled via word of mouth or a random call to a person for services. I’m glad we connected and have used his services even later! Being a first time home buyer there is always some nervous energy and an element of unknown. Besides this, this transaction was getting difficult because of a bidding war, despite offering above asking price. Additionally, this the Seller was having some arguments where both the parties were not signing documents. Terry stepped on affirming a firm deal and was tremendous in getting the closing done. Even on the day or closing, the other party had some issues and final walk thru revealed the house was not in the expected condition. However, being practical, a small retainer was kept and the other party was allowed some time to clear out the house the same day. I stayed in that house for 16 years! I may post additional reviews given the unique aspect of real estate transactions for Terry - he assisted in 2017, 2019 and 2020. Highly recommended.

My family and I have used Mr. Finkelstein many times over the last 20+ years. He is very respectful of our time and very efficient. He is quick to respond. He works long hours and gets his work done. He has fixed many issues that have come up that could have cost thousands. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

He did over charge me. He has no patience to explain any situations in detail and treats the customer very bad. I really dont recommend him to anyone. WATCH OUT WATCH OUT

By far, the worst experience I have had with an attorney or any other professional for that matter. Mr. Finkelstein was rude in nearly all of our conversations and I did not find him to be at all knowledgeable.
