I think having an estate planning attorney who is also an accountant is an excellent thing when doing estate planning. He’s clearly knowledgeable and familiar with both tax law and estate planning laws which makes him ideal suited for all your needs. Furthermore, I believe that the plan he’s created for us will ultimately save us far more than his fees. Now leaving aside the financial side, having your wishes clearly laid out Feels like a weight lifted. Most of us know that we should have a will and health care wishes prepared but procrastinate in doing so. I certainly did! We all also know that the passing of any loved one is always difficult so being so being able to clearly lay out your plans will certainly lessen the burden your loved ones will feel when that time comes. I believe this is the ultimate act of kindness towards your loved ones. Having recently completed our own estate plans, I can tell you that it’s given me comfort to know that we’ve done everything possible to ease the burden on our loved ones at the time of our passing. I would highly recommend Adam and his firm!

We found Adam to be a good listener with a great deal of patience. We had a lot of questions about the development of our Trusts and he took the time to answer our questions, and truly consider our perspectives on a variety of issues. He did a good job in making sure that he met our needs in a way which afforded us the protections we required. And he always responded to our emails by the end of the day....some of them came later at night...but we always had answers to our questions. We are glad that we worked with him and his team. By the way, Jaclyn, one of his paralegals, was outstanding too.

I have been working with Levine, Furman and Rubin for many years. They have created a Will for me and my family and ultimately a Living Trust, which we just updated. The firm had also created LLCs and corporations for me and structured them appropriately. They are very easy to work with and the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Best of all, you can call or email with questions and they dont charge you for the time or answers. Great all around firm and really enjoy working with them. I highly recommend!
