So, I loved the first consultation my husband and I had. There was a the pricing of their services, a plan they would put together, getting his mom on Medicaid, qualifying for benefits and attempting to preserve the house she would like to stay in, having lived there basically all her life. I was sold. It took us a while to save up the money but we did it and I called back 7 months later very ready to start. I’m not even sure what happened, but Staci was suddenly super rude. Talking very fast quoting $3500 then $4500 then $7500 and when I just wanted to know what we needed to do and verify which money was for what (according to the original consultation but she clearly was talking about something else?) she suddenly said she needed $17,500 retainer to even talk to me any longer. Well, at least I have saved up enough to go elsewhere.
