I recently went through a divorce which was fairly straight forward as my ex and I had agreed on everything prior to filing. This didn't make the process any less stressful though! What did help ease my stress was my Consultation with Jeff. That started when I first called to schedule the consult and spoke with Rachel in his office. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She really takes the time to explain everything, and since Jeff is obviously in court quite often, it was extremely comforting to have someone like her readily available to answer all questions when Jeff was not in the office. During my consult, Jeff took his time explaining everything and assured me that it would be a pretty smooth process given that it was uncontested. On the day of my actual divorce hearing, Jeff met me outside of the courtroom and went through what the process would be like in front of the Judge. I was quite nervous so I was very relieved to have had him there to walk me through it beforehand. Once we were in the courtroom it went very smoothly and just as Jeff had explained to me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff and the way his office is run including the help of Rachel! They both made a very difficult time a lot less stressful.

I've hired Mr. Goldblatt twice, first for my divorce, and second when my ex tried to get custody of my daughter. Both times, Mr. Goldblatt's counsel was exemplary. In the second matter, Mr. Goldblatt not only convinced the Court to deny in total my ex's attempt to reevaluate primary residential custody, he was able to get an Order placed on her so she could no longer manipulate my daughter into wanting to live with her. Mr. Goldblatt is an excellent lawyer. My ex did not want to disclose his finances and it was a very hard case. Mr. Goldblatt kept me informed for every matter and got me a good settlement. His staff is very courteous. Sometimes he was slow in responding.
