Mr. Fabriele has been a great advisor for me for many years now. He's the first person I call whenever I run in to any kind of legal uncertainties and he always gives me the most sound advice. Most notably, he helped me through a very terrifying time where I had a stalker situation. He not only represented me through the restraining order process, but he also gave me guidance on how to navigate the situation with the stalker; what to do, what not to do, how to respond (or not respond) to specific threats or triggers, the psychology behind the perpetrator mind, how to build a file against him for our day in court (i.e. what evidence is needed / how to gather) and how to protect myself. Ultimately I ended up with the best possible set of circumstances written into a very rigid no-contact order (which has not been broken). And just FYI, the courts definitely gave me preferential treatment for being represented by counsel. I was first in line to speak with the judge and it sends a message that you're serious. I wouldn't have had the courage or the know-how to go through with the process without Mr. Fabriele and definitely wouldn't have had the same outcome. I no longer live in fear - and that is truly priceless. I can't thank Mr. Fabriele enough - he is an amazingly knowledgeable and experienced attorney who I highly recommend!
