I did some research and decided on Mr. Blauvelt. I am glad I did. I have dealt with many attorneys in my time and Ive never met one who cared like Mr. Blauvelt did. He was very reasonable in his pricing, responsive to every email I sent (literally minutes), knowledgeable, well known and respected in the courts, and if he didn't like a direction things were going, he tried something else. Trust me on this go with him. Whatever you're up against, you want Mr. B on your side. Im grateful to him for treating me like family and giving me honest advice to lead me in the best direction. I highly recommend hiring Mr Thomas to represent you. I was dealing with a 5 point speeding ticket which could possibly have my license taken away from me. In my opinion, I have had many attorney interactions, and I would say that Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is literally the best lawyer in New Jersey and the person who you want fighting for your side especially on any and all traffic tickets or criminal charges. He has been in this business for over twenty years and so he knows how to handle all cases with professionalism and perfection. He can speak on your behalf to prosecutors and judges and knows everything about the court system, how everything works, and how to handle matters in the best manner possible. The main reasons to sign a retainer with Mr. Blauvelt are: 1) He gets absolutely the best results that will exceed your expectations. You will walk away with a way better outcome. 2) For being so brilliant and diligent and the time he commits to communicating with you and with the court on your case the fees that he charges are very reasonable. He gives you a fee upfront when you tell him your circumstances, you can decide, and then that is the only charge, and if there could be more he communicates all of this very clearly so there is never any need to fear any hidden fees or tricks or gimmicks. He is not price gouging people. 3) It is quite amazing but at especially by email he is literally almost always available and instantaneously responsive to any inquiry. His responses and communication are always fast, clear, formal, and concise. You will never be neglected by him or his practice or feel like you are not an important client. 4) As an added bonus, he also happens to be an extremely professional and polite person who is just all-around a genuinely a pleasure to interact with and great to have on your side representing your best interests for you. Whatever the case, do yourself a favor and at least ask Tom for his opinion before you hire an attorney, and I would strongly suggest you try to hire him.
