The worse attorney, 👎 bad attitude, to expensive, not a good customer relations not a good representation, never recommend

Great attorney that is outcomes-oriented and client-focused. Multi-leveled, every level that is interesting.

Mr. Boekel is the GOAT when it comes to family law and immigration - exceptionally talented, highly skilled and extraordinary professional. I retained him for my divorce and immigration case and he delivered the results I was seeking in a very timely manner. He goes the extra mile to understand what you want and then works extremely hard on delivering the results. He takes the case very personally and fights for you at every step like you are his own family. In my case he took the time to understand the customs/traditions in my culture and based on that responded to my ex-partner and her lawyer to talk some sense into them. Mr. Boekel is very knowledgeable about the divorce process and is honest and upfront about the timing. He would put the other party in place whenever they don’t follow the process and abide by the law. In my case when the other party wasn’t following the process and was trying to unnecessarily delay the case - he presented a motion to dismiss the case and actually cornered them so they were compelled to settle on my terms. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome and his service.

To everyone out there letting you know Mr. Boekel harassed me during trial calling me (sweetie). The judge gave him a heads up that he was harassing me and he couldn't do that!! He wasn't representing me but my ex-husband Paulo J. Oliveira. Mr. Boekel may God bless you. He also disrespected my lawyer during trial, and, a court officer had to get involved!!! The following day he felt the guilt and call my lawyer to apologize to her admitting he has a problem. May God bless you. YIKES...the lawyers are beyond incompetent and just chase billable hours. The discovery was laughable...I remember bringing them relevant data and info and them not even TRYING to care. Office has been remodeled but character is tainted.
