In 2018 I was in an accident that has left me with alot of trauma to my neck and back and still continue to deal with pain and its something that will never go away but I have been blessed with having Daniel Epstein as my attorney handling all the legal aspects of my traumatic event and thankfully he went above and beyond and settled my case and can say that if I ever need the help of an attorney Mr. Daniel Epstein will be the attorney I will most definitely call ! As for his paralegal Jenna Crescibene, I cant thank her enough for ALWAYS being there for especially at my lowest moments through this whole process! I knew that we were meant to meet when our first encounter was at a baseball game . I had the privilege of winning tickets to the booths at The Somerset Patriot stadium and overheard someone mentioning Mr Epsteins name, when I approached him and asked him if he indeed was my attorney and then he proceeded to let me know that Jenna too was present and hugging her made my day! I should have known that the booths were somehow sponsored by him when his name is all over the walls in the halls to the booths! Lol Anyhow I highly recommend Daniel Epstein and his firm to represent you in anything that he could possibly help you all with!

I can't say enough about this law firm. From the paralegals that assisted with the case especially Shawn Feeney and Eric Santos who took every call and responded to every email promptly and never made me feel like I was a burden with my 100+1 questions. Special thank you to my Attorney Michael Heck who always kept me informed let me know every step of the way what to expect was knowledgeable and got me the what I feel was the best final outcome to my case, even found me funding for so assistance in advance due to necessity of life. I can't say enough about Epstein Ostrove if you are thinking about calling them for your case do not hesitate you will be in great hands!!

I would definitely work with Epstein in the future due to the experience I had during my current situation. Michael H., Shawn F., Eric, & Michelle were all on top of getting everything handled in a timely manner. Good to see also that they handle multiple types of law just incase in the future I can go directly to them. Also when I needed to find a lawyer to handle POA they referred me to an outside lawyer since they weren't able to handle that.

I highly recommend Epstein/Ostrove. The team are kind and respectful. Mr. Epstein is reliable and honest. Marissa is very informative and kind. Excellent service.
