I hired Mr. Zavistoski to represent me in my DWI case. From the very start I could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained the whole situation in detail and what I could expect. His confidence and knowledge of the court system put me at ease and made me feel like I really had someone in my corner. In the end, he got the DWI dismissed. I was absolutely thrilled. Robert was found by my Aunt after my car accident, she selected him based off his experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney. About a month and a half ago, I had criminal charges filed against me. I had never been in any kind of trouble before and I was really concerned and confused about what to do. I received many letters in the mail from many different attorneys, but Mr. Zavistoski’s letter stood out to me. I gave him a call, and asked several questions about the charges and what may or may not happen. He was very kind and answered all of my questions, and even gave me information that I didn’t necessarily think to ask about. He was able to get my original court date pushed back, and told me that I could contact him any time if I had any questions or concerns. The day before my court date Mr. Zavistoski contacted me and explained how everything would work. The next day, my court date, he had gotten a criminal charge reduced to a township ordinance, and as a result I have a clean record with no convictions. I would definitely recommend Mr. Robert Zavistoski to obtain as a lawyer. He was very professional, helpful, kind, informative and I would definitely obtain Mr. Zavistoski in the future should I ever need a lawyer again.

My husband hired Mr Zavistoski for me because of a DUI charge and some others. Mr Zavistoski was very clear of what the consequences could be. Despite knowing the consequences he made me feel less stressed because you can tell he knew what he was doing. On the court day he was very knowledgeable and he was very professional.
