I am very grateful to Mr. Shah, he helped me to close out to buy Single Family in May 2011 and sell in 2019. Sital was an Excellent lawyer, very patient with me and guided me through the entire process. He is very pleasant and kind person, With his support and dedication completed the purchase on time. He is trustworthy. He showed great leadership to work well with sellers and Buyers. He and is staff followed up on many issues to resolve them for closing at all times. He communicated frequently with me and often responded to all queries anytime night and on weekends. Mr.Shah has been our lawyer for our house closing in 2011, June 2018 and our Will. He is very hardworking detailed oriented person whom you can trust. He explained all the terms in contract so that layman can understand and taking time to respond back to questions even over a weekend. For our second closing we had lot of delays and he put in extra time & effort to ensure that we had a smooth closing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars !!

I did work with Mr Shah twice. In 2012 he did help me to close out single family and in 2017 September we worked together to complete a cumbersome transaction of a foreclosure - bank owned property. He is gem of a person, With out his support and dedication towards the process I could not have completed the purchase on time. He is trustworthy and always pay attention to little details. I have used Mr. Shah’s services on at least four occasions including the most recent closing in March of 2018. I am an investor who purchases bank owned properties for investment. I find Sital to be personable, confidant and he knows his stuff. The reason I keep coming back to Mr. Shah is because he is very detailed oriented and constantly making the right decisions during the closing process even when I have my guard down. He always asks the right questions from the opposing attorney. The bank owned properties is a frustrating experience but Mr. Shah doesn’t seem to loose his cool and gets the job done. Sometimes boxing gloves are required and he is more than capable of this when the situation requires it. He and his staff responds very quickly which is required when there are multiple bidders trying to secure bank owned properties.
