My involvement with Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow (ECZ) was one of hesitancy at first as it was caused by my case being agreeably handed off from another firm. This occurred right before the Covid Pandemic quarantine began so I feared my case, which had been already in litigation for over a year was now going to be swept to the bottom of a never-ending pile to be worked on post pandemic. Without getting into detail, my case was an auto accident collision where my vehicle was struck while my at the time 1 year old son and I were driving. Thankfully my son was uninjured but I suffered serious injuries including fracturing my neck in multiple locations. That all said, I have never been more wrong in my life. My case was handled by Christopher Conrad and his team and in my opinion, couldn't have been handled any better. Chris was immediately responsive and without hesitation asked all the right questions while seemingly simultaneously brainstorming our next best steps. Every aspect was explained in detail and nothing done without my approval. All of the people I dealt with between 2 of there 3 offices were kind, professional, and there to help, but I think what really gives this firm and especially Chris Conrad the 5 stars they deserve is the fact that he always made himself available. The pandemic affected everyone, and I realized this, yet Chris still found time to make himself available even outside of regular business hours. This was the type of attention I wanted for my case, even if it didnt necessarily warrant it. Long story, well long, Chris was able to get me the settlement I was hoping for and in a time frame well sooner than I had ever anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend using this firm or at the very least putting them at the top of the list of those you plan on consulting with. I'm confident you'll agree with this review once you do.

Mr. McElroy is a great attorney have told many of my friends if they every need an attorney to contact him. His staff Nicole is excellent at her job, answers questions pertaining to my case. Ed is actually the lawyer on my MVA case I consulted with Barry in my initial meeting with them. This firm is great. I had a couple bumps in the road with a previous attorney and Ed and Barry both fixed that REAL quick. Ed's secretary Nicole is great as well she responds to my emails, checks on me on occasion and answers any questions that I may have and in the rare case that I bother Ed he responds asap as well even if it is a weekend. I would recommend this firm.
