I have used Abhisha for filing my NIW application and employer sponsored work visa. Having used many other law firms in the past, I entered into a contract with this law office with a healthy skepticism for lawyer's. But based on my experience I can confirm that Abhisha and her team are the best in the business. They handled my case successfully, they have a broad knowledge base, they are precise, and agile. Their services were priced very reasonably. It was a pleasure working Abhisha and her team and they will be my go to immigration attorney from here on out. Highly recommend her services for anyone interested.

Abhisha's Law firm was amazing! I got my green card in just 2.5 months, which was really quick. They were always there to answer my questions promptly and were incredibly knowledgeable. Their help made the whole process smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of immigration assistance.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL and read the negative reviews too! I found her on Instagram and thought she would be helpful. I paid a hefty fee for just a consultation just to be left disrespected and discouraged. As soon as we got on the call for the first meeting, her attitude was just so demeaning. She didn’t even introduce herself or at the very least say hello just to get the conversation started. The phone call turned on and she was just staring at me for me to get the conversation started. I ignored that thinking there might be a glitch in the video or I’m overthinking it. The next few minutes of the meeting were the most uncomfortable and discouraging moments. Every time I asked a question, she said, “I’m not sure…I don’t think so”. I literally stated facts based on my research and then she sad yeah you can do that too.. SO WHY DID YOU NOT MENTION IT BEFORE AND SAID I DON’T KNOW. Am I the lawyer here or you are?! She provided no information, no help, no guidance. NOTHING AT ALL. At the end, I gave up and ended the 30 min call in 10 minutes because she kept giving one line answers. Please note that I did write up my whole case before the appointment I made a week ago so there was enough time for her to prepare or decline saying she doesn’t have enough knowledge. I guess it’s all about getting that bag without actually helping the client for her. This was very discouraging. If you are looking for an immigrant lawyer, please please PLEASE do yourself a favour and don’t buy her “paid reviews”. Look at 1 star and 2 star ratings because they speak the TRUTH. I wish I listened to those before even speaking with her. No wonder she has so many appointment slots available all the time, it’s because she likely treats her clients the same way and has no returns. Best of luck to you all!

I was greatly disappointed when my appointment with Abhisha's law firm was canceled on the day it was scheduled, without any explanation. The notice only stated, "We will not be able to assist with your queries," which was both unexpected and unprofessional, given the firm's reputable online presence. This abrupt cancellation left me without the necessary guidance and disrupted my planning. I had expected a more reliable and informative experience, reflecting the professional image portrayed on social media.
