Ramesh Gurnani Sir is one of best Lawyer I ever heard. My employer was working with Gurnani & Gurnani Law firm for their employment based green card requirement for many years. In 2011 my employer has filed PERM for me. I was eligible to file EB2 but Ramesh sir assured me that whenever my priority date will be current at that time EB3 will be ahead of EB2. I received my Green Card 17-July-2021. At that time Priority date of EB3 was almost 2 years ahead of priority date of EB2. Which Ramesh sir predicted in 2011. My PERM was denied in 2012 due to some misunderstanding from CO related to my home address as in MN and Advertisement for my PERM was done in NJ because my employer's head office was in NJ. Mr. Ramesh Gurnani was very confident that my PERM will get certified . He worked with multiple CO and Judge in Labor/BALCA department between 2012 till 2020. I was able to get my H1B extension during that 8 years. Finally my Labor was certified in Aug-2020. My I-140 was approved in Sep-2020 and I received my Green Card in July-2021. I shared my case with multiple friends and everyone were in agreement that whatever Gurnani & Gurnani law firm did for me no other Law firm would have done for them.
