I felt compelled to submit a first rate review for Mr Kendal W Medway Esq since this man went the extra mile in helping Me in my endeavors pertaining to My Workman Comp Claim. My first contact with Kendal was on a Sunday (Memorial Day) which was very surprising in itself. Kendal was pleasant courteous & I felt was all around nice guy. He just presented some of the facts of My case collected some information from Me & informed Me he was going to pursue the other party in regards to continued treatment & compensation. Kendal then had Me follow up with him or he followed up with Me on a weekly basis. Kendal was persistent & got the best results I could of asked for. My treatments & further surgical procedures have all now been approved & cleared by the insurance company where in the past they have been unresponsive & I felt neglected Me & My issues. Thanks to Kendals persistent determination & pleasant phone etiquette everything at this point seems to be cleared up & going smoothly. I highly recommend hiring Levinson Axelrod, P.A to represent you! I had the opportunity to be represented by Ronald (Ron) Yuro. If he’s available, that’s who you want on your case. Ron is very professional and explains every step of the process. Ron always took the time to make sure that I stayed updated on everything that was occurring in my case. He is extremely patient and willing to answer any questions and concerns that I had. He also makes sure you are well prepared for any depositions that need to be given. I was so prepared that the other attorney was the one that got flustered instead of me! His legal assistant Jasmin Nieves is also amazing. She was always available with anything I needed, and was very mindful of my schedule with young kids. I only told her this once and she always remembered. Waste of time and you get zero compansation for your pain and suffering. Would never recommend this firm.
