I was informed throughout entire case every step of the way.. Everything explained from him or his knowledgeable kind assistant. No headaches at all on my end. My husband was injured by an ambulance service when he was coming home in his final days for hospice. This occurred during COVID restrictions. Within 2 days of contacting this firm, I had a ZOOM meeting with Mr. Rothenberg, and his investigation began. Within 9 months the case was settled. We received the maximum amount allowable without going to trial. Both Mr. Rothenberg and his staff were always courteous, understanding and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had the misfortune of speaking to an attorney at this firm to share the facts of a potential medical malpractice lawsuit that I was interested in hiring them to represent me in.
